These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the professional photography, cinematography, drone videography, and post-production services provided by Redstrings Production ("Studio", "we", "us"), operating out of The White Space Studio in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

By signing our project proposal, paying a booking retainer, or commissioning our team for a wedding or event, you ("Client", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms as part of our mutual contract.

Because we accept a strictly limited number of weddings each season to preserve cinematic focus and artisanal quality:

• Date Reservation: A date is only confirmed once the designated non-refundable booking deposit (retainer) has been received and the service proposal is signed. We do not hold dates based on verbal inquiries or tentativeness.
• Payment Schedule:
  • Advance Retainer (typically 30–50%): Due upon signing to block dates and crew calendar.
  • Interim Payment (typically 40–50%): Due on or before the first day of event coverage.
  • Final Balance (typically 10%): Due upon completion of edits prior to final high-resolution gallery and master film dispatch.
• Out-of-Pocket / Travel: For destination weddings outside Nagpur (across India, Dubai, or worldwide), flight bookings, local transfers, and crew hotel lodging are either provided directly by the Client or reimbursed as agreed in the proposal.

Clients choose Redstrings Production for our signature visual aesthetic: natural light, emotional honesty, candid observation, cinematic framing, and soulful color palettes.

We do not deliver unedited RAW image files or raw video rushes as they represent incomplete preliminary work that does not reflect our studio's standards.

Great wedding films are a collaborative journey between the couple, their families, and our crew:

• Itinerary & Timings: The Client agrees to share a realistic itinerary at least 7 days before the celebrations. We cannot be held accountable for missed moments resulting from sudden schedule delays, unauthorized venue changes, or ceremonies that take place outside the agreed timeline.
• Venue Permissions & Permits: The Client is responsible for securing any necessary photography, videography, or drone flight permissions from hotel venues, banquet halls, heritage monuments, or religious premises.
• Guest Photography (Guest Etiquette): While guests are welcome to take personal mobile photos, the Client agrees to ensure that guests and external vendors do not block the primary camera lines or obstruct key ceremonial rituals.
• Crew Well-being: Meals and refreshments must be arranged for the photography and film team during shoots lasting longer than five (5) consecutive hours.

We recognize that circumstances beyond control may sometimes affect wedding dates:

• Client Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your wedding date, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date subject to our availability. If the new date is already booked by another couple, standard cancellation rules apply.
• Client Cancellation: Because reserving your dates prevents us from accepting other wedding inquiries for those days, booking retainers are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, catastrophic weather, natural disasters, severe civil unrest, government-enforced lockdowns, or flight groundings. In such cases, all reasonable adjustments will be negotiated in good faith.
• Unforeseen Crew Illness: In the rare event of a severe illness or medical emergency affecting a team member, Redstrings Production will provide an equally skilled, seasoned associate photographer or filmmaker without additional cost to the Client.

Understanding intellectual property ensures both freedom for the couple and respect for the creators:

• Non-Commercial Use: The delivered materials are for personal use. They may not be sold, resold, or licensed to commercial brands, wedding blogs, fashion designers, or decor vendors without written attribution or studio permission.
• Studio Copyright: Redstrings Production retains statutory copyright in all captured imagery as the original author under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• Discreet Celebrations: If you have opted for private coverage with an explicit NDA at booking, the studio will honor full privacy and withhold footage from public broadcast.

High-end post-production is meticulous work involving audio mastering, narrative scripting, color timing, and frame-by-frame color correction:

• Teaser / Highlights: Typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks following the wedding celebrations.
• Complete Photo Gallery: Typically delivered within 6 to 10 weeks via a private digital gallery.
• Full Feature Film & Documentary Edits: Typically delivered within 10 to 14 weeks depending on seasonal peak volume.
• Revisions: Your package includes one (1) round of minor editorial revisions (such as swapping a music track or minor sound tweak) requested within 14 days of draft delivery. Major structural re-edits are subject to additional post-production fees.

While our crew carries redundant cameras, high-speed memory cards, dual-slot recording systems, and secondary backups on location:

• Liability Cap: In the extraordinary event of total technical failure, digital card corruption, or equipment loss during transport, Redstrings Production's maximum liability is strictly limited to a refund of monies paid for the affected service.
• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
